I’ve been a customer here for over six months. I love the facility. And the staff is super friendly. Everette really made my day today and really went above and beyond to make sure i could access my unit. I rent a hallway unit over there and had some trouble with the lock. Everett went above and beyond to make sure I was able to access it. He’s very friendly and professional. My experience here has been excellent. Highly recommend also we should probably get Everette a raise because they don’t make employees like this anymore. Thanks again and happy holidays.

Clean Car is Zen

I reserved a parking space for my trailer. I received excellent assistance and Brent was really helpful! He kindly walked through the reserved space and options that are catered to my requirements. It’s in a secure and nice neighborhood as well.

Everett at public storage in San Dimas is very professional and knowledgeable of the business. He knew where the available storage units were without even having to look on the computer. He gave me several choices and walked over there with me to take a look at them before I bought them. This man is a great employee of public storage and deserves a raise right away!
