Public Storage - San Francisco - 2587 Marin Street

This facility, in particular, is run by a true professional, Anna - really enjoyed working with her. Update to my original review: Be aware that homeless people have code access to this facility. I've personally seen the same man enter the facility several times at 6 am and occupy the restroom for a considerable amount of time, so it would stand to reason that a facility with dozens of security cameras would be able to pick up on this pattern and somehow prevent it... yet they haven't (it also makes sense why the first unit on the first floor has a damaged locking mechanism. My advice would be to find a facility in a better neighborhood (I'd do that, but it's too much of a hassle to move an apartment's worth of items before ultimately moving to Oregon in 2 months).

The manager at this location, Ana, was beyond helpful and accommodating to me. I had a great experience here!

What made this 5 stars was the customer service. Jenyfer (spelling?) was incredibly helpful all day, despite being extremely busy with many other customers. She managed the work load well and always went the extra mile to make a stressful move go smoothly for me. The move-in appointment was also on time, which is surprising given the number of walk-in customers. The prices here were a bit cheaper than other locations. Yes, it's a little old and outdated but you're not living there :) It seemed like a secure location and she gave me tips to make it more secure.
