Their hours are not for your convenience but their's as they close at 5:30pm on weekdays and 6pm on the weekend's although it's a SELF STORAGE facility that requires a code access to enter the gate, and even elevators. SELF-STORAGE but you are definitely on their time. No air conditioning or fan to speak of in the hallways or elevators. There are 2 moving carts to the whole facility. Originally, I was sold a 10×15 storage unit, but when I arrived as I walked down several hallways and rounded several corners to locate the unit, the closet door in the pic is what I found. A 10×15 is what I rented but was told by the PM that the room would open up after opening the door. The unit next to this one had a huge roll top door and was told it was a 10×10 yet mine was supposed to be bigger but with an entrance door of a closet door. They switched my unit to a 2nd floor unit that appears to be a 10×15. They do not prorate rent, so if you move out after the 1st, they will charge you for the entire month. Rental also requires the purchase of a $20 lock.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ray at Public Storage located in San Jose-the 725 capital location and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From my initial inquiry with Bill (Manager 1) to the finalization of the storage unit rental with Ray (Manager 2), the service was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Ray took the time to understand my specific needs and provided valuable recommendations. Bill’s friendly demeanor and patience made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Ray went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It's rare to find such dedicated and caring customer service nowadays, and this Public Storage location truly exemplifies excellence in their staff roles!
