Carts and getting a little break
The cart situation is not good! Only one cart for the Laguna Hills location!!! Are you kidding me? I arrived there yesterday to move out some stuff to the NEW UNIT I just got at your San Juan Capistrano location (Yes, I get pay double rent and can't get the first month deal or even half off!!) only for the L.H. manager to say to me, "there's only one cart and another person was vacating and will be using it for quite a while". I was left with a dolly there that was so heavy, it would have been better to lift the boxes one at a time down the elevator to my truck. I was living in San Juan Caiatrano to take care of my mother full time and she recently passed away, so I got the unit in San Juan and now going through my stuff in your Laguna Hills, this is California, to consolidate both our possessions in one unit. We'll see if there's a cart available next time, I'll be making a couple trips. So, this review doesn't go to Corporate?!
