I have rented quite a few storages from different storage facilities throughout the years and this one is by far my boyfriend’s and my favorite. Petra is truly amazing. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She goes above and beyond and is exactly the kind of manager every business hopes for. I thank her for always making everything so easy and stress free! Everything is always handled smoothly, which makes the entire experience easy and stress-free. She is an excellent manager and a real asset to this location. Will be using this storage for as long as I’m still local! :)

Absolutely amazing! My girl Michele rents a Storage unit here, and the staff has always been nothing but friendly and helpful thru and thru. We had a little bit of an issue with the original unit we were given, we made the staff Aware, and they Instantly fixed the problem, switched me into a different unit, no Questions asked!!! Not only that I was Moved to a bigger, cleaner, more✨️ easily accessible unit, that day! She was also given over three days to move out of The old unit and into the new one, so that we were NOT rushed whatsoever! And that was a refreshing feeling! Just to be able To take our time moving from one to The other, is unheard of now a days! The front desk staff is always super Kind and helpful, our only complaint is that we wish we had found Cubesmart sooner!!!!!! If you're looking for a New storage facility, do yourself a favor and rent a unit from Cubesmart, you'll be more than happy you did!!!!🤗✨️✨️

Amazing customer service by Petra I came by last week needing information on pricing & availability. Petra has helped me & my family in the past. I have been thinking of moving from my current storage rental. Although I didn’t rent but I did received a follow up call from Petra I let her know I wasn’t ready to move now but will rent there in the future.

Security is a Joke — Beware of This Facility I had a terrible experience with this storage facility. My lock was cut, several items were stolen, and when I asked for the security footage, they couldn’t provide anything. Either their cameras weren’t working, or they conveniently weren’t pointed in the right direction—both are unacceptable. Even worse, nearly every unit I walked past showed signs of break-ins: lock slots that had been cut, scratches and damage that clearly hadn’t been repaired. The interior paneling inside the units is flimsy and cheap—zero protection from anyone determined to get in. Their gate access system is just as bad. People constantly drive in behind others without entering a code. There is no reliable access control, making it easy for anyone to get in unnoticed. I’m currently taking legal action due to the facility’s negligence and failure to secure the property as promised. If you value your belongings, look elsewhere. This place is unsafe and untrustworthy.

I’ve had a unit for less than five months and they’ve cancelled my entry code twice without my knowledge or permission. Luckily the first time someone was in the office to fix the problem (which meant a new passcode). The second time, no one around and customer service was useless. Regret ever moving my storage her.
