I got a unit in May 2025. I got a good rate online, and someone called me to confirm. I was told it would be move in ready, but when I got there it wasn't. Veronica checked me in, but didn't bother showing me where the unit was, I had to go find it myself. Once I did, I found that it was locked. I tried calling the office for help, no one answered even though there was an employee there. I called several times, and finally gave up and walked to the office instead. It was irritating to find that there were no other customers inside, so not sure why the employee couldn't answer the phone. This should have been the 1st red flag. The second red flag was that my rent was increased after 3 months! Not only are the hours inconvenient, not available after 5pm on most days but they trick you by offering a low rate. Lastly, the reason for the 1 star review is that when I went back to my unit today December 2025 I found it infested with RAT POOP. It's so disgusting and disappointing to see your belongings covered in rat poop. I went back to the office to let them know, the same employee, Veronica, offered to switch units, but on the same row which is also probably infested with rats. Not only would moving units be a burden, but it would also not solve any problems. She gave me pamphlet with insurance information, because they make you get insurance, but who's going to clean it up? Avoid this place at all costs! DON'T BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, most them seem fake.

Do not use this place for storage!!! I have my brand new furniture at this location for about 1.5 years. Last March I realized my furniture has been destroyed by rat infestation they have. I informed the manager and she say “ call the phone number of the insurance” she said it wasn’t necessary for her to see the damage. Been dealing with this.for about 7 months. The insurance they provide only wants to cover $250 dlls even though the damage is about $6000.

Veronica and Pedro provided me and my dad with great customer service and super helpful! They have walk us and show us the units that we liked! She’s very sweet and great customer service !! Pedro is super friendly and patient! Great work team ! 100% recommend this place!

Arrange the whole rental online paid for it. They text me what space number gate code and when it would be ready, I showed up it was ready. Told me the lock would be there inside the unit waiting for me and there it was . Everything was easy Peezy. with the PS app that they have it makes it even easier . Overall, it was a great experience thanks, Public Storage.
