I had the easiest experience at the Soquel location(2325 Soquel Drive). It was my second time getting a storage unit at this location. Erica has made the process super easy and I feel like I know what to expect.

The initial check-in experience was...
The initial check-in experience was fine. The storage unit was as expected. Utilitarian! But it works. Elevator was painfully slow but stairs would be impossible so patience is more than a virtue, it is a survival necessity here. Managed to secure one of the too few carts, so it was much less painful than it could have been. This location was rather limited for parking space and during my time unloading my uhaul there were issues with oblivious self centered people blocking accesses, and the turnaround. Needs "No Parking" signs in critical areas for those morons.
