The people are very kind but the space it’s self if not great. Location awesome but the elevator is not a large “industrial” one I’d expect which is just tough but the more annoying this is the ramp that you have to use… it’s three 90deg turns and one 180deg turn and the cart is nearly as big as the ramp so it’s just a GIANT headache. They do have a loading dock if you bring a U-Haul so that’s nice but the ramp is awful. Maybe that won’t bother you but since I was doing a lot of loading myself and had to use the ramp it was just real annoying b

Daymion Snelling was GREAT! He was very helpful taking us through the steps to access the facility and storage unit for the first time. He was covering for someone at this location and the internet was down as well. We were still able to purchase a new lock and keys with no hassle. He's a SUPERSTAR.

He delivered Customer Service to me at this fscility specifically and way beyond, when I got caught in a time warp to save one of my units from auction. He takes care of other customers in that same way as well.
