Had been here for about a year, in that time they raised my rent from 100$ to over 300$ a month, in the span of a year! When I finally moved out I was only ten days into the the month I paid for so naturally I asked for a partial refund. I was told they dont do refunds of any kind. Now mind you I work for a competitive storage company and we give partial refunds all the time. Don't wast your money or time on this place, its overpriced and on top of that the facility only has 2 carts, yes you read that right 2 in the entire facility, god help you if there already 2 people there when you show up you will be carrying everything all the way to your unit

I had such a great experience at the Public Storage on Easy Street. Stephanie and Katie went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. They were friendly, patient, and professional, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with the process. The facility itself is clean, well-kept, and easy to access, but it’s really the customer service that stood out. Stephanie and Katie made me feel like I was in good hands from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for storage with staff who truly care!

I came in this afternoon and had a amazing experience at this Public Storage. I am looking for a storage unit and Katie was very friendly and super helpful. She was able to answer all my questions. This place is clean and you can tell that staff is present and no loitering. Definitely recommend this place.
