Mitzi was super helpful, friendly and very patient. We walked in and asked to look at a couple different size units to see what might work best for our belongings and she quickly took my mom and I to take a look. She was very friendly and made sure we were happy with the unit we chose. I love that she took the extra time and explained everything thoroughly.

I would give them 5 stars, but once I added a second storage unit when I had a place there last year, the app stopped opening the gate. I just came back and got a new unit and have reloaded the app with the same results - no workie! I'm assuming that all PS properties are as clean and well maintained as this one on Crenshaw at Carson. I just wish they would get another cart or two. This place has a lot of units and only two carts. 01/02/2026 Update: I'm still sticking to 4 stars because of the corporate IT department's inability to solve my Bluetooth access issue. In typical IT fashion, they say "Just uninstall and reinstall the app. It's not our fault, but yours, dear user and payer of rent." OK, fine. I want to be clear that this property and the manager thereof deserves 5 stars. If corporate wants that 5th star then fix the app. The property manager has no control over the app and it's functionality. (Mitzi, you rock!)

Mitzi is an extraordinarily excellent , professional, and caring Property Manager at 1724 S Crenshaw PS in Torrance. For years and years she has addressed my issues with late mail delivery —. She cares about her clients and she clearly cares about the success of Public Storage the Corporation.
