Ms. Jasmine is the bomb! She displayed EXCEPTIONAL customer service. She had a wonderful personality and very knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure which storage to get based on the wall display so I told her what I needed it for, she asked a few questions and recommended the 5x5. Seemed rather small but when she showed me the unit, it was more than enough space and I pack well! She also showed me how to access the dolly’s and pull cart. We did a test run for the gate code and everything worked out perfectly. She listened to me wants and needs and nailed it. She was able to multitask answering the phone, help another customer and myself without missing a beat, all in under 15 minutes!!! If you come to this location and have the pleasure of meeting “Jasmin”, you will not be disappointed. Please leave her a rating as we need more people like her. I suggest they use her for training! Thank you Jasmine!!!!!

Received outstanding customer service from Jasmine. There are many choices to choose for storage space rentals. As I did my research I found some onsite staff not willing to assist. Jasmine went above and beyond with assisting me, her friendly smile and positive attitude made my choice easy - Public Service!

I wanted to share my amazing experience at Public Storage,all thanks to Jasmine! My boyfriend and I were in the market for a storage unit and had a bit of a journey, we are moving in together and have a lot of excess junk lol. We actually went to the one on Del Amo and Anza, but ultimately chose this location solely because of Jasmine's outstanding customer service. From the moment we walked in, Jasmine's energy was infectious! She made us feel so confident in our decision, especially when she talked us into getting their insurance for that extra layer of security. We already had insurance, but the way she explained the benefits made it a no-brainer. Honestly, good customer service like hers is hard to come by these days. While the prices were a bit iffy at first, Jasmine's exceptional service sealed the deal. We even chatted about the merch specials, although we didn't grab any since we were all packed up. Might have to swing by and get some boxes! Overall, this experience was so smooth for us during this transitional time. I'm recommending all my family and friends to rent here in a heartbeat. Thank you sooooo much, Jasmine! Ps; this definitely should’ve been the first thing I mentioned but this office is free of clutter and the property is super clean and that’s more than I can say for the other facilities in the area. 😕

No one ever showed up, the app and the online page are not user-friendly at all for the process, they charged us twice and never assigned us a storage space. They offer a phone number but it’s just for decoration—no one answers. We went in person and a woman who works there opened the door about 3 centimeters just to barely look out and tell us that she couldn’t do absolutely anything, that she didn’t even know what was going on. Everything seems like a scam. We need them to refund our money.
