I would just like to say that the staff e resident staff member/Manager "Carmen" is a Great asset to this storage facility Because she is very helpful, friendly & genuinely concerned about your individual storage needs & she is prepared to help you find solutions for any storage concern you may have. The facility is clean and well maintained and Carmen is often seen making her way around the Storage facility offering answers to questions & making sure things are_ kept tidy as well as being on site to welcome you or greet you with a friendly hello . Thanks to Carmen for knowing her job and doing it well!😉

I would like to state that this place blows and does not prioritize doing business in person or transparently. Like genuinely do not rent here. However the man at the front desk is doing his darnedest and I doubt he’s getting paid enough to be as kind and problem solving as he was. This review is for him not for renting here, just don’t do it.

I have rented at this location for more than 10 years. I recently had to move into another unit in the same location and Carmen and Brianna both worked hard to ensure my transfer went as smoothly as possible. They are both very professional, work very hard and so kind. They made what was an incredibly stressful event much calmer than expected. I have a customer service supervisor background and all I can say is that these two ladies are impressive! Thank you again for your help!

Carmen is such a great asset to have at this storage facility!! She goes above and beyond expectation. I had been here before and the help wasn't there until I met her. She is quick to answer any questions and also very hard working. Every time I go to check on my 2 units, I see her busy at work checking on the storages row by row even in the scorching sun!! I highly appreciate and recommend Carmen! Also the price is right!! And it's a very clean facility
