Really impressed with the service at this location. I stopped by the other day, looking for a storage unit, and was helped by Ratana. She was very nice, positive energy, and informative. I was able to find a storage unit that fit my needs within my budget. The location is clean, organized, and looks brand new. The staff is really nice and helpful. They have a check out system for the carts, and I think it's genius. There are always carts available (whenever I stopped by), and ran into no issues whatsoever. Really happy I decided to move forward with this storage location and unit.

A great staff and a clean facility! The facility is clean, organized, and has a lot of space. We had to move from a previous unit to this public storage and we were impressed on how clean this place is. The staff are great, on point, and helpful too. John was very helpful when we first moved in here, and Daisy was great when we were checking units!

From the moment I walked in, they made my wife and I feel welcomed, informed, and completely taken care of. Jon went above and beyond — answering every question with patience, offering helpful suggestions I hadn’t even thought of, and making sure I understood all my options clearly. The entire staff reflects his professionalism. They’re friendly, proactive, and genuinely care about customers having a great experience. The property is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it’s the people here who make the biggest difference. It’s rare to see this level of customer service anywhere nowadays.
