He always goes above and beyond, always acknowledges me and my wife when we’re there, and keeps the place absolutely spotless and well run. He is consistently available, helpful, and ready to solve any issue. He is a thoughtful, professional, and incredibly valuable employee. People like William are rare, and I sincerely hope Public Storage knows how much of a difference he makes. A tighter version for Google would be: William at the Venice 4th Avenue Public Storage is outstanding. He always goes above and beyond, greets me and my wife warmly, keeps the property impeccable, and is always available to help with anything we need. Thoughtful, professional, and truly valuable. Public Storage is lucky to have him.

This Public Storage location is absolutely amazing! The facility is clean, well-organized, and the overall experience has been great. I especially want to highlight William, he is truly incredible. He has been so helpful, kind, and accommodating, especially as a first-time renter. He is proactive, hands-on, and genuinely goes above and beyond for customers. Such a wonderful person and a huge asset to Public Storage!

I had a really wonderful experience at this storage location! I was kind of expecting the worst because I’ve been to some sketchy storage units (haha) but this place was so clean and pleasant. Firstly, Kevin at the front desk went above & beyond to help me problem solve issues that aren’t even part of his job. He was really friendly and helpful and seemed to really care about creating a positive customer experience. He’s the reason I’m taking the time to write a review. But otherwise, the place was great. Clean streets around the property, plenty of parking, very secure, well lit, lots of carts for us to use. The bathrooms were spotless too. I asked the janitor a question and he was very nice and was constantly roaming around the property cleaning and taking care of things. I feel good about storing my stuff there! (Bonus it’s by the beach and after unloading everything got to watch the waves.)

I have used PS on 4th. Street in Venice for over 10 years. Kevin and the rest of his staff are always helpful and professional. The facility is secure and very well maintained. Couldn't ask for better!

I rented a new unit at Public Storage. I was downsizing from a 5X10 to a 5X5. James toured me to three different storage units. He also helped me through the rental process and made it easy. He was very professional and friendly, and I enjoyed my interaction with him.
