Very easy process to secure unit, great intro deals, and friendly staff. This is my fifth time getting a storage unit at this location throughout time. They have the best gate access hours compared to other complexes and they're definitely the cleanest as well... Due to current job hours, I was having a little bit of difficulty getting into the office (during office hours, not gate hours) on time to sign paperwork and everything. I called right after work and got in my truck to head straight there. It was getting real close to office closing time. I could tell in her voice that she didn't want to wait (completely understandable) but she decided to anyways. so I promised to not be a pain for her, I already know the process and thank you so much.... So really extra big thank you to Wendy for being so nice and easy to talk to (given the situation). You are awesome!!! And I hope I lived up to my promise as well of not being a pain and being quick n easy to deal with haha

The people that work there are exceptionally nice courteous ,helpful ,and very accommodating . wendy and Christopher are amazing. You won't want to go any where else. They are the nicest people...The way they conduct the storage the office is great. I've come back to them 3 times. I can't find more wonderful customer service ,in any other storage. Thank you Wendy for being there for me every time I rented from you. Plus the prices with 1/2 off you can't beat. Most of all they are so kind to my baby . Puppy. They allow her to be there with me as long as she is on a leash. I couldn't ask for better people.

Wendy and Christian are the most helpful people I have ever met. Being single with no help, I had a very difficult time moving things around from one unit to a larger one, they were there to help whenever they could see that I was struggling. I have been so happy with everything that I will absolutely refer people, because of Wendy and Christian. My granddaughter is now renting an unit there One of the nicest thing I found with those two special individuals, they always have a smile on their face, they go out of their way to make you feel that they are always there for you and for as many costumers that they deal with, they actually know my name. Kudos to them for a job well done
