Eric the property manager was very helpful in showing us our storage options and getting us set up. We just started moving in today after a few days of signing the paperwork’s and he was in the office available to answer any questions we had. He remembered us without any prompt too! Very satisfied with his customer service and friendliness.

I will be moving soon so I came to this location to look at the different sizes and I was greeted by Eric. Eric was wonderful! He answered all my questions (which was a lot!). He was friendly and patient with me the whole time. I will definitely be bringing my business here and that’s all thanks to the amazing service I received from Eric!

My property was stolen (including AMMUNITION) from my secured unit, and it is highly concerning that no one can explain how this occurred—especially given that the lock shows no signs of damage. The associate at the front desk appeared evasive and uncooperative when I asked direct questions, which raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. I am fully aware that your facility maintains an itemized checklist and photographic documentation of stored property. However, when I requested these records, I was informed that they could not be produced. This is unacceptable and only adds to the suspicion surrounding the handling of my belongings. My experience with this location has been extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, the contact number has changed without notice, and I have been left without any form of communication or support. Corporate must contact me immediately. I expect full accountability and immediate action toward replacing or returning my stolen property. I have invested thousands of dollars in your storage services, including insurance, and it is deeply troubling that no one has taken responsibility for resolving this matter. Authorities have been alerted and I look forward to prompt and decisive action.

Ashanti was beyond incredible. I got a new unit after calling and signing up with the Public Storage call center and was given not only a unit I didn’t ask for but one that had a pole in it. Ashanti took the time to personally walk me through units until I found the right one for my needs. She went above and beyond and I recommend her to all.

Do not do business with the place. Storage unit was broken into and personal items were stolen. Property manager said, "I'm off the clock, call tomorrow." Terrible customer service! Multiple units were broken into. Haven't even been there for a month and this happened.
