Great place poor communication

Great place to store your stuff but communication is rather spotty. earlier this week I was given notice that my bill was about to be overdue on the day the bill was considered overdue they told me they sent me an email with my statement which I never received and told me I was going to have to pay a late fee for an overdue bill even though I never received my statement. I requested that they send me a physical copy of my bill every month so that it never happens again but I was told that the company only sends emails. so i ended up paying an overdue charge on my bill that I never even knew about until it was overdue. so the facility is great the communication not so much

Fantastic facility! Mark (property manager) is awesome. Called ahead of time to set up my rental and on the day we moved in, took time to show us how the elevators work, lock, and our storage space. Clean and convenient off the freeway.

I recently rented and closed out a space at this facility. I don’t write many reviews but the experience was positive and I wanted to share with others. The building and grounds are secure and immaculate. Inside is temperature controlled and brightly lit. The lockers and halls look brand new and spotless. I would like to acknowledge an employee named Aaron. Aaron saw that I needed assistance with codes for the elevators and he came over and explained the process very clearly. Aaron was also available to answer other questions and made the close out process very easy.
