I’ve been a long-term customer at this Public Storage location (Workman Mill Road, Whittier, CA) for several years, and Cassandra has been the single most consistent reason my experience has remained positive. She is unfailingly professional, attentive, and solutions-oriented. Whenever an issue arises, Cassandra approaches it with calm clarity and genuine care, and we always arrive at an amicable, fair resolution. I've been to quite a few storage facilities and this one by far is the best run and best value for the space your getting. Some storage facilities don't even offer public restrooms, this one does. And the employee Cassandra was the best one yet. She addresses any problem head on, she even let me chose my own gate code. That means alot to me. The hours at this facility is another big factor in me renting space here. There must be a dozen or more between here and my house and by far this is worth the extra miles I drive for the value and service at this public Storage.
