I recently had the pleasure of using StorCal Self Storage located at 21051 Oxnard St in Woodland Hills, and I can't express how impressed I was with the entire experience! What truly made my experience exceptional was the manager, Connor. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, guiding me through the storage options available to suit my needs. Connor took the time to explain the features of the facility, and patiently answered all my questions while giving me a tour showing me several units and sizes available making the entire process seamless. His friendly demeanor and professionalism set a wonderful tone from the start. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. There was a unit available to accommodate my needs, and with the security measures in place I felt comfortable in renting from them. Overall, I highly recommend StorCal Self Storage for anyone in the Woodland Hills area! If you have the chance to work with Connor, you're in great hands. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This place is a gem!

It’s almost a year since I start storing at this location. I always had a great experience with professionalism, kindness, and helpful stuff This past week I had the pleasure of speaking with Johnny as well as Tammy in this location on Ventura, Woodland Hills. I needed to transfer all my boxes from one unit to a smaller one. The transition was smooth and easy. Johnny explained to me over the phone, a couple days ago, what I need to do and made it easier for me. When I came to the location, I met Tammy who explained everything to me and when I asked a question she was very patient and helpful. Definitely deserve five stars.
