I went to pay my Public Storage bill and met Nason. He just move here, coming from the Public Storage in Aurora, Illinois. I've been with Public Storage for almost 2 years and guy is the best manager I've encountered since being with PS. He is magical and a huge asset the company. In fact, he doesn't only deserve a raise, he deserves a promotion to a bigger position! He's that good! Just phenomenal customer!

I was very impressed when visiting this facility. Bradley showed us around, explained the storage sizes they had, their security and safety features. This is a super clean facility with controlled access, and plenty safety cameras. I am feeling very good about storing my belongings there. The next day I signed up for an account and both managers on site, Bradley and Nason, friendly and knowledgeable and guided us through the account setup and payment options. Great experience, was super easy and fast. I usually don't write reviews but in this case it is absolutely warranted - good people, good service, good facility

Same day reservation and tour with Bradley. Great experience from start to finish. The facility is extremely clean and secure. Not all storage facilities prioritize upkeep or security but it is clear they take both seriously here. The systems in place made us feel confident that our belongings are safe and well cared for. Pricing is competitive and a great value for the quality you receive. What truly made the experience stand out was Bradley. He was personable, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable right away while answering all of our questions thoroughly. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Public Storage in Broomfield for over a year and outside of my rent going up a bit too much, the location, staff, security, and cleanliness of the facility are top-notch! I previously worked with a wonderful woman about my unit and she was amazing. Unfortunately, I’ve forgotten her name otherwise I would share it. (She knows who she is though!) Today, I spoke to Bradley who was awesome and very helpful and a genuinely great representative for the company and site. Thanks for caring for my stuff for so long!

Double charged me, almost tripple charged me, then when I did a charge back on my credit card. Banned my form of payment. Now they will only take my bank information as form of payment. Why would I give these scam artist my bank information. Other scam things they have done. Tell you, you get a refund on your lock. Not true, you only get a refund before 30 days. They tell you one price but fail to mention they can and will raise the price whenever they want and it is in the contract. I went from paying $29 to $66 in 4 months. Having the most rude emoloyees. Not being able to access your stuff whenever you want. The app never working correctly to unlock the gate or access the elevators. The website always Having a problem taking payments. The carts always being broken or just missing. The list goes on. I should have bailed the first week but I didn't read the fine print and took the employees for their word. Then when all of the problems started, I thought it couldn't get worse and it is only camping gear. Now I am taking my stuff to greenbox. Going to pay $46 and won't have to deal with any of this garbage. Don't use public storage.
