I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience renting a storage unit before. She was absolutely wonderful. I was only planning to rent for a short time but now I am going to continue renting here for long term. Storage facilities have always been hit or miss and to find this gem..! Her customer service is top-tier—patient, kind, knowledgeable, and consistent. You can tell her property management experience shows in every aspect of how this location is run. The property is always clean, the units are well-maintained, and the grounds are secure. There are no vagrants, no trash, and no negative issues—and in all the years I’ve been here, I’ve never experienced or even heard of a single problem. That kind of long -term consistency speaks volumes. Grace deserves serious recognition for how she runs this location. Grace is AMAZING! I had set up an appt to view a unit. There was a situation that took her away from the property for a few hours. She and her team were constantly in contact with me. Understanding that I needed to get in ASAP she made herself available after hours to assist me. Grace was able to show me the unit, answer all my questions and even chatted baseball with me. Excellent experience and I would highly recommend. Thank you again Grace for taking the time with everything you were dealing with.

I have several public storage units across multiple locations. When I added the last storage unit on Castilla Ave - I had the opportunity to meet Grace ❤️ Let me just say…. I knew right from the start - she knew what she was doing - and she genuinely cares about the experience you have. In my case - she cared about my experience during that visit - and AGAIN - just a few minutes ago when she was kind enough to proactively reach out to me when she realized that my monthly bill was still not paid. Her action gave me the lifeline i needed. Grace wasn’t aware that I had been having difficulty accessing my account and making a payment (I had been trying to login for the past few hours). I love this Public Storage center. I've been here for 2 years already, I love this place. Grace is the professional caring person I have ever dealt with at a storage facility. Definitely a 5 star ⭐ storage center.
