WARNING – Unethical Billing Practices & Unauthorized Rate Increases Be aware that this company increased monthly fees from $175 to $619 without authorization or prior written consent, relying solely on autopay to push through the charges. When questioned, they justified the increase by claiming it reflects “market rate,” yet the same services are being offered to other customers at $226 per month. This type of conduct raises serious concerns regarding transparency, fairness, and ethical business practices. In my opinion, this is a highly questionable and potentially predatory billing model. I encourage anyone considering using this service to review their contract thoroughly, disable autopay, and share this information to protect others from unexpected and unjustified charges.

The website is currently advertising 10'x15' units costing $90 a month. I've had my storage unit for less than 6 months and I pay $244 for the same size unit. They lure you in with really low monthly rates, then after a few months they jack up the price. Knowing how hard it would be for you to move your stuff out once it's in. I also found lots of louse poop all over my stuff and a black widow. Ruining a large portion on my belongings. This place is preditory, and not of high quality. I wouldn't recommend
