We have never gotten a storage space before and weren't sure what to expect. The front desk person, Jessica, was so patient with us. We had so many questions and asked for a tour and were very hesitant at first, but she put our mind at ease and helped us feel comfortable and confident with purchasing a storage unit with Public Storage.

Rented a unit and not even a week later got a letter on my door saying i had 3 days to move out they terminated my lease for ‘reasonable cause’. Yet no manager to speak to or anyone to give a clear answer. Almost $250 thrown to the trash. Not only that but they never mentioned how filthy the property is or they didnt bother mentioning that they are pest infested. Huge rats that go from one unit to another eating through plastic bins 🤷🏻‍♀️
