Stress free!

The woman who was working at the facility was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and could NOT have been better! I think her name was Vonny? I have rented storage units before and this company makes the process smoother and more logical and user friendly. EXCEPT>> I had looked online to see if there were any units available. I showed up at the facility and was told I needed to go home to reserve the unit online. Luckily I live close, but there was a part of me that wanted to just go somewhere else. I was told I couldn't do this at the facility. SUPER ANNOYING. I did it anyway and was glad I did because this is the closest facility to my house. The highlight of the whole experience was Vonny. She's a keeper!

I called just 20 minutes before arriving, she was ready with everything in order, explained everything clearly, offered to show everything that I would need and was extremely kind and helpful!

This Public Storage location doesn't take care of their own property. It isn't registered with the Better Business Bureau??? Curious their only responses are to 5 star reviews??? 5 star reviews seem fabricated! Walked past today and gate was stuck wide open, and you want to leave your property here? Like a welcome sign for the homeless!

I had a good experience here. I was upgraded because they were having technical issues for a brief time. Thomas went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. Overall I am happy with my decision to go with public storage, it all started with a promotion they were offering, and it so happened that it even got better for me in the end.

They raise rent after 3 months. Started off at $50. Going up to $85 on October 1st. Didn't even get a month's notice. The rent increase notice came in the form of a postcard (by mail so far) Odd since all other communication has been through email and text messaging. Something to keep in mind...You don't have access to your unit after 9 pm. You only have access during their business hours. Update (star rating increase) Since leaving this review... Not only is my rate NOT increasing, it's decreasing. My rate dropped to $35 per month for the next 3 months. Less than 24 hours after posting I received a text stating my Public Storage rent would not be increasing. Keep an eye out for an email with more information. I don't know if the review I left 5 days ago had anything to do with it. I know all storage its raise rates at some point. I'm just thankful for the time to find a new storage unit.

Giving it a 1/5 stars because I have to leave a star, but Public storage seriously does not deserve a single star. The rent goes up every 3-6 months. Almost exponentially. I started at $170 and I’m at almost $430 a month. Needless to say that I will be looking for another storage with a less greedy corporation. And it’s not even like they’re adding anything to justify the price increase. Their only lousy excuse is “supply and demand” but at this garbage storage facility, demand is not high. There is always multiple vacant storage units. If you need to store something for 3 months or less and you really cannot find anything else, then rent here. But I would HIGHLY encourage everyone to steer free from this and all public storage locations.
