I continuously have issues with this company as far as rates going up and extremely poor customer service. I have a low spot in the asphalt drive in front of my unit I have to step through water constantly and now in the winter it turns to ice. I just complained to manager on site and she said it’s not a maintenance issue so there’s nothing they can do about it. I requested to change units and she said she’d have to get back to me. I feel like they don’t care about their tenants or their safety.

Very easy to sign up online and in person. Easy access with great hours. I do keep pest traps along my door as extra precaution. I know my belongings are safe!

I go into this location the other day to talk them about getting a storage unit but was standing there 10 minutes while the employee Jorda skinny girl blonde hair was agruing with there loved one about money and weather they should purchase a house tryed to say i was in a hurry but she kept cutting me off talking to the other girl on the phone this was ridiculous im never co Ing back to public storage again

Going in I knew they would raise my rent but I under estimated how aggressive they are. 20% increases every couple months without notice. You will be paying double in a year. Go to Coronado storage down the road or any independently operated storage facility. I will say staff here has always been super nice. Update: The staff reached out and made a pricing adjustment. I appreciate the service.
