So I was so pleasantly surprised with this storage facility that I had to post a review. First of all, everything is as advertised. Pricing and availability was exactly as stated. No bait and switch here. Secondly, the facility is clean, easy to access, and in a very convenient location. I also have to Rave about Janessa. She has to be the most competent, friendly, and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with in this industry. The seamless way she provides for their customers is amazing to watch. She anticipates customer needs and provides solutions the customer didn’t even know they needed. I had the pleasure of watching her serve 2 other customers before handling my needs with accuracy and efficiency. I don’t think I will ever be going anywhere else for my storage needs after my experience here. Bravo Public Storage!! This location is the epitome of what a customer expects when renting for their storage needs.
