I just cannot be any happier with this facility. They have so many options to accommodate everyone's storage needs and schedule! No drama! Quiet! Empty! No nosy, rude site managers, and most importantly, they respect my privacy!!! I got a great rate for the size, and the hours are more than perfect for me. I have been recommending this facility to ALL my friends and family because they are WORLDS better than any other storage facility, I have ever rented a unit from, and I have been renting consistently for over 12 years. I'll stay here for the next 12 years if they let me! HAH ;) Thank you, Golden Public Storage!!

THIS LOCATION IS NOT SECURE, LOCKERS BROKEN INTO. Absolutely horrible location. They doubled the rent, so I set a move out date of 12/30. When I get to my locker on 12/30 my disk lock had obviously been forcibly removed, so I couldn’t get into my unit. Nobody is in the office, it’s just a webcam that takes you to general customer service, all they do is leave a message for the property manger. I found the number for the property manager (who never answers even during business hours) about 7 hours later at 7pm he called me back saying they didn’t put a lock on my unit (which they did) and if I wasn’t out by 9pm I’d have to pay another month of their ridiculous price. Update: My locker was broken into and I had a credit card stolen that was used down the street from this location. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS, THIS LOCATION IS NOT SECURE AND.

EDIT: GATE IS NOT FIXED My unit was broken into. It's highly suspicious. I missed a call from public storage yesterday around 530 and couldn't get a person when calling back. I decided to check it today and found it open with a good deal of equipment missing. Found out from a property manager down the street that the gate has been stuck open at least a week and that he was fed up with the place. I've left 3 voicemails to the PS line and have yet to get a call back on this. Apart from the missed call from them I have received no notice of a break in. I did just downsize and move to a new unit within the complex last Sunday (where there was another issue of the new unit being locked when I got there, and then I miraculously found someone to help me with it). Given my recent move, the way I moved some things, and the way my things were gone through, cherry picked, and left behind I suspect anyone with access to the cameras at that location. Seems like they new what was in there. Pic of how easy it was for them to pry the door open, bending the bolt 90 degree.
