He was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and got exactly what I needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Helpful, friendly staff. Pretty much everything worked as it was supposed to although the app could be improved - but this was a minor quibble. Generally recommended, would use them again.

So while doing a walk through for my reservation I was shown a unit in the C area of the storage facility as well as the B area and when I saw the C building unit it was absolutely covered in oil on the flooring. I would say atleast 35-40% of the floor was covered in car fluids. They could not guarantee the unit i wanted, which is fine, but nobody should be forced to receiving the unit from the C Building before requiring 3rd party vendors to come and clean that concrete. That unit should not be staged to be sold and you guys on this property should be ashamed. That property is so out of being audit ready its not even funny. Check your staged units, no one should be forced to store their personal items on top of oil soaked concrete.

Made appointment over phone and came it on April 21st. Place looked very organized and safe. Rocky was taking care of us and his customer service was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable, very polite and made sure we had all of information we needed. Thank you for taking care of us.
