Last week some head office folks were doing a walkthrough with Kurt, and he and his boss, Dave, stopped for a chat, and offered me a discount on next month’s rental for being a long time customer. I really appreciated that little treat, and also the validation. Every time I go there, Kurt is friendly and helpful, and it is really appreciated!

I came in looking to see about availability/prices and not only did Jessica walk me through a few selected options, she made recommendations that didn’t think about.
