I took two months and changed locations and sizes of units, created probably 10 quotes over this time and Paul helped me consolidate my inquiries, cancel the invalid ones and an old profile, he went the extra mile as I have some special accommodations. Had a great experience reserving, paying and moving into my storage unit in Littleton, CO. Paul, the manager, was amazing and came and introduced himself when I arrived. He was able to help me figure out the best way to get the truck near the storage unit and helped spot for me while I backed the 26' truck out. Great location with a superb manager. Went to renew my lease because it had doubled from what was advertised for a same size unit and Paul at the Coal Mine location in Littleton was very Professional,cordial and helpful in helping me stay on the same property. I like it because they are very clean units and I have always been pleased with the management at that location.
