My wife and I stopped to inquire about a storage unit, we wanted to check pricing and the over all feeling of the facility. We had read the reviews for this location, but WOW, the property manager, Marnie, whom it seems that is one of the highlights of this property, was so welcoming, when we pulled up she came and open the door and welcomed us in. It had been a very long time since we have had customer service like this, and she seemed genuinely happy to see us. She made sure we had all the information we need, so when we are ready to rent a unit we don't feel like we are going into it blindly. Thank you Marnie for being so kind and taking such good care of us, nice to see there is still true customer service out there.
