Friendly and quick to rent

I worked with Ryan on 4/21 and we looked at 3 units. He explained the facility layout, rules, and security. He also setup auto-payments for a 5% discount. The rate and size of the storage unit he provided beat the competitors in the area (I checked with 3 others). The unit was clean and dry, and will meet our needs for temporary storage (6-9 months). Jason and Loren were fantastic! They gave me a GREAT deal and were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They let me tour different unit sizes and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. The customer service was top-tier, and the facility itself is clean and well-maintained. We rented a unit for our staging decor and loved how Mini U comes with a complimentary shelving unit to borrow if needed while renting. Other places I checked out didn't offer this little perk. Also as far as I can tell they're prices can't be beat. Customer service is top notch. Very friendly, clear, and made the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommend!
