DONT RENT HERE! UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT RASING RENTS! ⚡Constantly raises prices! ⚡I haven't even been a paid customer for over a year but my rent has increased over $120 dollars. It's and that it isn't even that nice of a storage unit. People block the driveway with uhauls (was very annoying on move in day). I bet the person that works in the office is nice but this review is just about the facility itself. Also during the winter they don't plow or even shovel! As I was moving out two other people were complaining about the same thing! I almost paid around $400 after raised rents for over a year!

I just rented a small unit yesterday at Public Storage. The office, grounds and facility is clean and well maintained. Melissa was the representative that assisted me. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. In fact, she was training a new employee and I could see she takes pride in her job. She made my registration very smooth. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My first time getting a storage unit, Melissa in Naugatuck was wonderful. She showed me the 3 I was interested in, and within my budget. Just wish she could have an easier job putting me in the system. DONT LOOSE HER.

Just moved to this location from another storage facility. Place is very clean and Melissa (Manager) was fantastic. She didn't have any units available when I went but she took my name and she even gave me an estimate when a few units would be available. She called me up and got the units that I needed. Wonderful to deal with a manager like Melissa who is looking out for the client as much as the business. She's a gem.
