I reserved a 10x15 this week.Keturah who works there called me immediately. She’s very nice a remembers me for previously renting there. Anyway, I was concerned with the price and when it would go up. She told me it could go up from 1-200% at month 4 which is too quick based on my experiences with several storage facilities over the years. Anyway, I asked could I speak to upper management about this and was told she would pass the message on. Today I reserved a call from a gentleman from I guess upper management that told me I was on a do not rent list. When I asked why he said there was no notes and that the previous manager who no longer works there ( I wonder why ) left. He couldn’t answer why and would not accept my reservation or business which was strange. So here I am again letting everyone know that this location uses low prices to get you in and will likely double your rent after only 4 months. I do not recommend this place especially if you intend to stay past 4 months. No other storage facility raises their prices this quickly and this high. * STAY AWAY FROM THEM

My experience has been great thus far. Chris was very helpful and thorough with questions/ explanations given. It was smooth and she was willing to show me more than one unit. The areas are clean and the price is very feasible.

Awesome place to rent from. Came back from Texas and was welcomed and treated so kindly Chris. She handled the system being slow well. I’ll recommend this place to anyone who needs short term or long term rentals.

I recommend this place! Chris was very helpful and refused to sell us more than what we needed, which was lovely. She was also very helpful with all the tools that we needed. Moving in and out was also easy.

After booking 2 different reservations with ither storage places and having so many problems. I called here and spoke with Keturah and she was just amazing. Immediately helped to go over what I needed and the options available. Highly recommend this location.
