Clean, security is a high priority, helpful staff. 1st month is cheap, but after that the price jumps drastically. Also, they will charge you $20 for a lock, but you don't really need one if you have a large pad lock

Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Connie Lawson when I stopped at this public storage facility. She was inundated with customers at the counter, phone calls and to add, she is responsible for responding to on line reservations within 10 minutes. All the while she treated everyone professionally, with a smile and provided excellent service. This employee is a great asset to public storage and is a welcomed refreshing difference from what is unfortunately the norm now a days. The facility is well kept and the air conditioning was cool.

Staff here is consistently helpful and the facility is always clean and kept at a good and comfortable temperature. Especially helpful is Horacio who rented me the space and has been available for any questions even though he has moved to another facility. Highly recommend Public Storage Aventura
