This is my 4th time to rent from Public Storage, and 2nd at this location. I like yhis one best because their app quickly and easily opens the gates and doors, and they have plenty of good carts; whereas other places often don't.

Started the reservation process online, but got sidetracked with packing and hadnt finished yet. Robert called me from Public Storage to confirm my reservation and helped me finalize everything smoothly. So now I have one less task to stress about before my big move! Thanks for your help Robert!

I had a few thousand dollars worth of stuff stolen out of my storage unit and they make you get insurance to cover theft and whatever else could happen in order to even be able to use one of their units. Apparently there was nothing captured on any of the cameras in the facility and when we went through the insurance company they basically said they would only cover up to ~500 dollars worth of items. I was offered nothing else so they pretty much said “sowwy:’( that’s crazy tho good luck”. Not super happy with how this situation was handled by them as well as the insurance company. How is it even possible that someone can get in there after hours?
