Came to rent a unit, they opened exactly at 9:30 Stephen And Keith were very helpful very polite, I rented a 5 x 5 and thought it was too small for me so I transferred to a 10 x 10 I thought it would be long but transition went smooth. Keith was even as kind Enough to walk with me back to my unit because there were some bees hanging out and he made sure they were out. I rented here about 23 years ago when I first moved here and there even better now, The units were Available and very clean. I give public storage a 10 out of 10

Great experience thanks to Keith! I recently rented an outdoor storage unit here in Brandon and had a small issue when I first arrived with a wasp that came thru the key hole. Absolutely no fault to the facility, it's just what it is with outside units but luckily it was business hrs so I spoke with Keith at the facility, and he immediately took care of it before I put stuff in the unit. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally he handled things! I had a long day of moving and was completely exhausted, so his help made a huge difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about keeping the place well run and making sure customers are happy. What started as a frustrating moment thinking I'd have to deal with the wasp (I didnt have a broom/spray/etc) and add more things to my todo list during a big move ended up being a really positive experience thanks to him. I haven’t been here long but so far I highly recommend this location
