The on-site staff provide excellent customer service and are always helpful. Unfortunately, the facility has a serious rodent problem. The storage units aren’t sealed between walls, creating a pathway for rodents to move freely from one unit to another. I ultimately had to move to a different storage provider—and downsize—because so many of my belongings were ruined by rodent urine and droppings. Additionally, if you stay past the access hours, even by a few minutes, you’ll receive texts and emails about it. That didn’t bother me much since I was focused on getting my items out as quickly as possible. It’s a convenient location with potential, but the rodent issue combined with a steep rent increase made it impossible for me to stay. I really hope they address the infestation soon, as the staff themselves do a great job.

I would like to sincerely thank Jasmin for her kindness and exceptional assistance regarding my Public Storage rental unit. In my opinion, the on-site manager is often more important than the location itself, and Jasmin truly proves that. I recently rented a unit from her at the 20865 US Hwy 19 N, Clearwater, FL 33765 location. During my time there, she has been incredibly helpful—always available to answer any questions. When my door was sticking, she came over within minutes and resolved the issue immediately. I also had questions about other units, and she took the time to show me several options without hesitation. Even after a recent price increase, I chose not to relocate to a facility closer to my home simply because of the outstanding service Jasmin provides. I genuinely appreciate her and everything she has done to help me get settled. Thank you, Jasmin.

Amazing customer service. Each person that I interacted with on the telephone and in person were kind and professional (1st call: Michael, follow up courtesy call from Missy, call & in person meeting with the location's property manager). It is so rare these days to have great customer service. The units and property needs work but for short term, it is not bad. The service makes up for the lack of renovations. Hopefully, they have more plans to improve the units, hallways, lighting.
