From start to finish of my duration at Outta space storage Lisa and the staff has been most helpful, compassionate and prompt. Lisa allowed me an extra day when removing my items from the storage allowing me to make my move more swift and painless. I recommend this Dade city location to anybody looking for a storage for more than fair rates and a staff that caters to your every need or request. thank you outta of space storage for allowing me to store my stuff there. 5/5!

This facility is the best. I've had a storage unit here since covid. Everybody here has been super helpful in anything that has come up regarding my storage unit. I would highly recommend if you need a storage unit this is the place to rent from.

The place has upgraded since I first started using a unit. Now I pay roughly 35% more from what I originally agreed to. They have periodically mailed me rate increase notices to include the most recent one where in a February letter said my bill would increase again in April - only for my March bill to be increased as well. If I could afford the time off and a rental truck - I'd move my stuff to a bigger unit for this same price in San Antonio or Zephyrhills.

We have had out stuff in storage for a year with absolutely no problems. Nothing is wet although a few mouse dropping but what the heck..the office workers are always willing and able to help you out if you forgot their code to get in the storage area. Area is clean easy in and easy out.

The staff in office were always professional and helpful. I had no concerns about the security or anything else. Received discounted price for first couple months and then increased to full price just as it was explained.
