DO NOT RENT HERE! If I could leave negative stars, I would! I originally chose the storage because they offered one month free of rent. I made my account online. I went in a few days later spoke to the person at the front which was a male. I asked him How do I get the keys to my storage that I made my account online. I asked about the one month free he advised that I would get it & that my keys would be inside the unit. He wrote done my unit number and the code to get in on a card. This is my second month and they raise the rates from $65 to $109!!!! I then called to ask about when I would get my free month of rent & They couldn’t find the promotion with the free month then advise she would escalate. It. I waited a week, Nothing now I’m being charged a late fee. I go into the office today. The person in the office says he can’t help me that he only manages the property but he’s the only one that works there. He said he doesn’t even have a phone in the front so he can’t speak to anyone. He couldn’t give me any information. He says he doesn’t even know who I should call, on top of giving me attitude the whole time and looking at me like I was stupid. This place is extremely unprofessional, they lack communication, they false advertise & lie. This is the worst scam! Go anywhere else!!! At the end of the day customer service is KEY & he did not care to help me or even look into my account in depth to give me some sort of light to what the situation was. I’m top of that this storage closes all access by 10-10:30PM which is super inconvenient. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! The WORST company I’ve ever dealt with.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had to store my entire life belongings here due to a divorce. I put my stuff in their largest storage unit, paid the price and the insurance. I started out paying $150 a month plus $42 insurance. And after 8 months, the cost was $350 a month with that same $42 insurance. Well, a few months in I notice a puddle in there and report it. They send someone out days later to meet me. They say it’s fixed and there’s no issues. August I go and begin to notice stuff is damaged. I try to go back when I can and end up moving all my stuff out in Dec. EVERYTHING IS WATERLOGGED. Destroyed. Good thing I got insurance right? WRONG- they are denying my claim saying they don’t cover hurricane damage. Do not go here! It’s a scam!

WARNING!!! I was quoted $101 monthly rent and then after months they increased the rent by $38. They stated "As part of our commitment to providing quality service and maintaining our facilities, we periodically review our rental rates" I was never notified about this prior to renting the unit and apparently this can change every 3-6 months. So BEWARE.

I store my trailer here. Was paying $105 a month then get notice rates going up $50+ a month. There are other options for cheaper if you look. Pros: easy on and off access to i4, water hose hookup, dump site for rv tanks. Cons: traffic in area can be backed up, in the short time of rented here (5 months) the gate has been broken 3 times that I know of. So security is an issue with gate being broken and no cameras at least where I’m parked, when it rains the area around dump station floods and makes it unusable, and you need to or super hand strength to get cap off dump station.
