Quick, Easy, Helpful

Overall great experience. Attendant was patient and shared multiple options and even saved me a bunch of money by showing me a unit that had a 1.00 first month rent special!

Attentive service and very clean and comfortable facility. While there, check out Mazzola's Italian Restaurant. In the office complex next to storage.

Overall, a great contactless experience. I’m from NYC, and the facility itself is one of the nicest warehouse storage spaces I’ve seen. The place is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate once you know the layout. Note that you enter through one gate and exit through another. There are two loading and unloading zones, I initially made the mistake of parking too far from my unit. For first-time visitors (like me): remove the safety ring to access the unit. The lock and insurance flyer are inside. Lock the handle to the left, insert the key lock, and turn it.

I just got my unit five days ago and I am really enjoying the experience so far. I had some technical issues with the phone access code at the beginning, but the staff was incredibly nice and willing to go out of their way to help me get it sorted out. Compared to other options in the area, I’ve found Public Storage to be very affordable. Plus, the other people sharing the space seem really friendly. I have had nothing but good experiences so far—highly recommend!

The guy at the desk is uncomfortable. He Comes off condescending and doesn’t keep is word. He was To lazy to go out the door or look at cameras but telling me things without investigating. Makes 0 sense Getting the unit closes is was easy but he comes off not awkward, rude and condescending. I was extremely nice anyway. I doubt I’ll ever see him again. Just wanted a honest review. Wish someone replace him. Nice location if u want a unit
