Keeley was so patient and kind. She taught me how to use the lock, not make me feel stupid because I didn't know how to use the lock. Sarah too. Really, everyone has been kind. My third rental at Public Storage and ...

My third rental at Public Storage and all have been very easy, helpful, and as good as could be expected. Clean tidy facilities each time. Had to unload large truck the first time and facility helped with a close to end storage shed to make it easy.

I love public storage. I have used them many times and have been extremely satisfied. Easy access, very clean, customer service is great!

Came in on the 25th to pay for a unit in Utah. I said Utah atleast 5x while I was there, it took ~5 minutes to find the unit in webchamp. I paid for the unit. Today I'm informed the unit in Florida was paid and not the unit in Utah... not the worst case scenario as no late fee applies but
