Brand new so it's very clean right now.
Very easy access to the facility and layout is vehicle friendly. Due to limited access once inside the gate, parking to on/off load can be an issue depending on the consideration of others (often poor). Bring your own 2 wheeler; again due to the lack of consideration by other renters. The locking devices are a scam. You have to pay $20 for a lock (can't use your own) and the lock is not returnable or usable again since it is a specialty for the latches on the units. They don't have a master key (good thing). Lose the key and it's $20 to remove the old one plus $20 more for a new one. You have to purchase their insurance instead of having to provide proof of insurance. $12 a month minimum. On a positive note, the facility is clean and the climate control seems to work well. The staff is polite and cordial. They were willing to help in any way they could.
