Trying to cancel a unit and it has been the most difficult process. It is impossible to speak to a live person. The prompts do not work on the recordings. Terrible customer service. And after all of that I lost money!

Gonna miss Carolina and the rest of the staff as my experience with her was very nice. The place is centrally located with good hours of operation. The price I was giving was good compare to others. I will continue to do business with them when it calls for me to need another unit.
