I don't normally do Google reviews but had to give a shout out to Kim. She was a lifesaver and helped me with my lock that would not open. She explained why they rust and what she was doing when she sprayed the lock. She spent about 15 minutes and finally got it open for me saving me time and money and we shared a few laughs that brightened my day. It goes to show that good people and GREAT customer service still exists. Thanks Kim!
