The worse experience ever! It was almost 90 degrees out yesterday in Florida and I could not Find my A203 unit. I drove to both lots, SEVERAL times. I called property manager, no answer. One virtual assistant said it was on one lot while the other virtual assistant told me to go "Behind the A building and look for it." Then ended chat! Nothing was labeled A203! Apparently! Management thought it would be a great idea to put the rest of the A's in the "J" building and not tell the customer that is spend their time and paying for the unit. Finally, after and hour and a half I talked to a LIVE person from another location and she gave a new unit that wasn't hidden. I ordered a climate control and instead of telling me they ran out upon check out, they just gave me the leftovers. I will NEVER do business with them again! I was supposed to have the rental truck back sooner, but bc of their stupidity I had to pay more. Who would have thought to look in the J's for the A's? Thanks for caring about you customers and their time!

You know it's a great business with great people when they help you with nothing to gain for themselves. I was moving out of my storage unit today and couldn't fit my bike in my car. The district manager of this location OFFERED to put my bike in her car and followed me home (I initially was trying to throw it away in their dumpster which wasn't allowed). Thank you again for being thoughtful and kind. Happy New Year 😊

I was there for a year terrible management nobody's ever there the gate always gets broke the police are always there and then to top it off my door broke came off of the roller smashed my fingers and then for 3 months they said they were going to fix it never did then all the sudden I get a letter on my door saying that they're kicking me out and I have 2 days to leave because of the door and now they're trying to charge me for it good well good luck cause I just got a personal injury lawyer.... Rent there if you want you'll see
