Hey, This is definitely a five star storage facility, the staff went above a normal daily routine. We had traveled from Olive Branch, MS to Four Corners, FL for Bike Week at Daytona Beach and rented an ARbnb, only to find out we couldn’t park a trailer on the property. We stopped in at Extra Space Storage and were helped and directed to use their space for the weekend only charging the bare minimum. Great place, clean facilities and friendly staff.

I was blown away with this particular location. Hands down, this had to be the best storage facility I use Ever. And I have Use a lot. Where do I start. first, the store is magnificently kept I’ve never seen a premise more clean in my life. Even my locker that I just signed up for was clean top to bottom the staff was super friendly and the associate named Al was top-notch the most professional person I’ve ever dealt with. He sat down and explained everything to me every bit of my contract and answered one of my questions and the whole time how to smile on his face I couldn’t ask for any better customer service the rates were perfect and well competitive to others in the area they beat out all of the competition. I advise you if you’re looking for storage in the Area or even within a 10 to 50 mile radius this is a place to choose. You will not be disappointed.

I recently moved from another State and needed a storage unit. After reading positive reviews and seeing the facility, I found the right spot. The property is clean and accessible with calming music playing throughout. As nice as the facilities are the staff is what generated the 5 stars. They are prompt and have gone out of their way to address any question. Special shout out to Dena…fastest call back in the history of call backs and fortunately for me she seems to always have the answer I am hoping for. Highly recommend this place…solid choice!

Last night I showed up slightly after closing with several questions and the lady working could not have been more polite, professional and accommodating. Dena, the onsite manager, definitely enhanced my experience at this location. Dena likes people. She enjoys being helpful (but not intrusive) and genuinely cares about your needs and goals. Dena will never make you feel like you are asking a dumb question. She offers honest, on-point advice. Most important, Dena possesses a keen understanding of space - whether something will fit...which space best suits your needs. Look no further. Storing here is a good decision.
