First thing first I want to say Nicole has amazing customer service. She's sweet funny & nice. She is also very knowledgeable able when it comes to the company and answered all my questions. She definitely sets the vibe as I seen this property go thru a few people already. I been renting here since the property has open and seen the transformation. Nicole is always cleaning, everytime i come here she's in the halls sweeping or outside picking up trash. The property has gotten better & looks cleaner since she has been here. Please keep Nicole around we need her here !!!

The pricing for these climate controlled units is good, while the clean facilities give users confidence in leaving their belongings there. I love my Your Storage Units experience! I attribute much of the success in client satisfaction to its employees and particularly its site manager Roger, who’s knowledgeable, takes good care of clients, and goes above and beyond looking after the cleanliness of the facilities.
