Not a bad place at all to store your goods. The front office guy , Marlon was extremely helpful. He took his time to write down all the details of how we would pay for the space.

Prices go up without notice. Very hard to get a refund. I successfully did get my refund through the credit card company. This also happened to a buddy of mine. They double charged for 6 months using two credit cards. He called corporate which absolutely did nothing. He called the credit card company, faxed them where they was taking out the same charge on another card and reveresed the charges back to public storage. Seriously, it is my humble opinion that you should go elsewhere to avoid the duplicitous nature of this company, avoiding the stress and work that my buddy took on. There are better places in town for less money and a more caring staff.

Saran was such an amazing help to me . I called inquiring about a unit and she was very helpful in explaining the different sizes and what can fit in the different units. She also explain how the gate works and provided the opening and closing access times as well. Did i mention that when i called it was a couple minutes before closing and she still took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely recommend this location and also send people to Saran for more assistance.

Do not use this place! I had My stuff here for three years and when i came to pick it up my lock was switched and they refused to take ownership after i spent Money on a truck and took time off work to come pick it all up to avoid another month of rent. As stated above i couldn't Access my unit and left several voicemails stating I was not going to pay the rent until I verified that my stuff was still inside that unit that I’ve been paying for for three years. Only the employee at the front desk has helped me in anyway no supervisor has reached out to me, they are threatening to auction my stuff. I highly advise. You stay away from this place at all cost.
