Great customer service!

The ladies in the office were very personable and helpful. They showed me the unit and all the items i might need to pack the unit correctly. The only thing that was a surprise to me was that the locks were $18 a piece and i had a unit that had 5 doors. But she was nice enough to take one of them off my bill. Overall experience was good.

LOYAL CUSTOMER DISCOUNTS

Just an idea; Discounts for loyal customers......Discount for referrals.......Notification of specials. The lighting around the buildings needs to be corrected. Many lights are out. I would think this would be a security issue. I was suppose to receive an email for when the sales for the units happen. Never received the email.

I had a problem on my bill with a lock that was being charged to my account monthly (should have been one time charge). I'm nowhere near Florida anymore, so I couldn't just drop in to handle in person. I left a message at the location, the very next day Barbara called me back, with a little finesse she was able to correct the problem. I'm so happy she was ON IT and nice to talk to. Thanks Barbara!

I had to go to my local storage facility to finish my setup since it was not going through online and Barbara couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful to get me set up and into my storage space. Customer service nowadays is lacking in many places so it was nice to receive it from Barbara. I would certainly recommend this business location.

So grateful for the team here, they moved quickly and efficiently to help me with my unit. Diaunte and Josh walked back to help me and Barbara had my paperwork ready when I was done.

FURNITURE AND CONTENTS RUINED. Dead Rat found in/near my unit. Rat poop and pee along with roaches and baby roaches ruined my items in storage. I wish I did my research better but I would never recommend this place. Customer service is horrible. They’re never in the office so usually your only option is to call customer service. You won’t be able to get ahold of customer service unless you call as a new customer looking for a new storage unit. I discussed my findings of my contents and my intent to vacant the storage unit with customer service. I asked for a refund or even reimbursement for the damaged items and almost as an insult, sent me $25 as a credit to the account…. Keep in mind, I had around $3700 in furniture damaged. Also know that INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER ITEMS DAMAGED TO animals, insects, etc. This place is a joke along with management.
